Was Anonym at Tim Hortons a mag?
This is the only Tim Hortons in the city that has consistently gotten my order right. Today, I was doing takeout, and the manager, Leigh Anne, was amazing! She prepared my farmer's bacon wrap without me even having to ask, and since there was a wait for hashbrowns, she offered me extra bacon. Coffee was barely warm and must have been the end of the pot as it had a bitter taste and coffee grounds in the cup. My sandwich was missing the turkey. We won't be back. The service wasn't very good. View all feedback.
This is the only Tim Hortons in the city that has consistently gotten my order right. However, today was a different story. Fortunately, the manager, Leigh Anne, was exceptional! She promptly remade my Farmer Bacon Wrap without hesitation and even offered extra bacon since there was a delay with the hashbrowns. She ensured there was no Chipotle sauce on my wrap and provided the extra mayo I requested. To top it off, she gave me a free donut to make up for the mistake. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
The drive-thru experience was convenient and easy to navigate, and the staff were friendly. There was a minor mix-up with my order, but they promptly resolved it before I left the drive-thru.
On a rainy midnight, I had a craving for a good cup of coffee. Miss Mehak truly enhanced my coffee experience. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!
The staff is nice and the tables are clean. They are keeping extra care in these COVID times by using various health and safety tools like recording dine in customer info and providing table placards for customers to know clean tables.
