This is the only Tim Hortons in the city that has consistently gotten my order right. However, today was a different story. Fortunately, the manager, Leigh Anne, was exceptional! She promptly remade my Farmer Bacon Wrap without hesitation and even offered extra bacon since there was a delay with the hashbrowns. She ensured there was no Chipotle sauce on my wrap and provided the extra mayo I requested. To top it off, she gave me a free donut to make up for the mistake. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
The drive-thru experience was convenient and easy to navigate, and the staff were friendly. There was a minor mix-up with my order, but they promptly resolved it before I left the drive-thru.
On a rainy midnight, I had a craving for a good cup of coffee. Miss Mehak truly enhanced my coffee experience. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!
