The staff are consistently very friendly, and for some reason, the peanut butter cookies here are much better than those at any other Tim's. Great job, team!

When you order a sandwich without ice, it's viewed as a completed sandwich. If you'd like the ice on the side, they'll treat that as an extra egg charge. It's a bit frustrating, but give it a shot if you're up for it!
