Valorie was fantastic, especially for a place that just opened at 6:30 AM. The breakfast was delicious, which was exactly what I needed after a long wait at the hospital. I truly appreciate great customer service with a smile; it can really brighten your day. If only it could solve my problems! Keep up the great work! And just a quick reminder for everyone—don't forget to get your flu shot if you can!

In my opinion, this is the best Tim's in the area. As a hospital employee, I visit regularly and have always found the coffee to be fresh. The staff are consistently very friendly, and for some reason, the peanut butter cookies here are much better than those at any other Tim's. Great job, team!

If you order a breakfast sandwich and ask for the egg to be placed in a separate container, be aware that they charge extra for ice. When you order a sandwich without ice, it's viewed as a completed sandwich. If you'd like the ice on the side, they'll treat that as an extra egg charge. It's a bit frustrating, but give it a shot if you're up for it!

I've had several issues with my orders here. Each time I've tried, something has been missing. I understand they might be busy, but it's important for them to ensure customers receive everything they've paid for. I hope they can make improvements in the future.
