The service has gone downhill, I had my eating just dropped on the counter, not even placed, they went away because they forget to do a mobile order. for someon... read more The service has gone downhill, I had my eating just dropped on the counter, not even placed, they went away because they forget to do a mobile order. for someone who waits half an hour for an ice-cream and then, when I asked for a bag, I have a really rude waiting time. it wasn't even busy. I'll never be back. these are the worst tim hortons in the city. the drive-thru is not better for my experience. most of the samstages. there is a dame that carries out your coffee in your car as soon as possible. it is only annoying, especially on a Saturday morning

I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and when I arrived at the window, the debit machine was thrust at me hurriedly, right after my sandwich was handed to me. The service was rushed and the staff member was very rude. I politely requested for them to slow down, but it was not a welcoming experience.

All while I'm just trying to out the loose change away before it ends up on the floor on my vehicle. My bagel was barly toasts and had little butter either!!! Horrible service
