eating is great and personal is the only complain I have that the journey through regular is secured and waiting times over 10 minutes to time. you can really say if it works an experienced layer, as the waiting time is much less time. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Tim Hortons:
The drive-thru attendant who works Monday-Friday is extremely impolite. She never greets customers with a simple hello or wishes them a good day. She always argues if there is a mistake with the order, insisting that it was not made by her team. I will likely go to another Tim Hortons or even Starbucks just to receive better customer service. Do not go to this restaurant!! I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was hardly any cream cheese on it, it was awful. It was so dry and disgusting that I had to throw it away. I used to order from here frequently but I will not be returning!!!
The staff at this restaurant lacks manners and respect. I was served by a very tall guy who hardly spoke at all.
The staff at this restaurant seem to be constantly distracted, resulting in them getting my order wrong on two separate occasions.
Team Member Ravi was very rude and disrespectful to me. He refused to change my french vanilla as its taste was not good because it was diluted. He unnecessarily argued with me rather than changing my order.
