I had a terrible experience at this restaurant on Saturday, August 6, 2022. My dish was drenched in an excessive amount of Thai sauce. I tried to eat it, but I couldn't finish and ended up having to go to the bathroom instead. I mentioned to an older Asian man that the food was really bad, but he just looked at me and ignored my comment. Then an Asian woman came over, and I explained that there was too much sauce and that the food was not good. I told her I wasn't asking for my money back, just wanted them to be aware of the issue. The man nearly yelled at me, saying it was my fault for not requesting less sauce. My dish was practically swimming in sauce! The staff were rude, and the food was disappointing. I would advise avoiding this place. On a side note, there's a restroom nearby!
I ordered a chicken pillow Thai dish that cost over $14, and there were barely three pieces of chicken in it. If I wanted something for just a dollar, I could have grabbed a pack of nuts from Walmart.
Win it a try on eat for something else and try to stay away from almost food. not everything that was honestly impressed. very bland and not well mixed with the rice. huhn and veg were on the upper rice was on the bottom. I'd rather enjoy my eating, then try to mix it together. didn't even eat half of it. after all the good reviews, this place was found on the day as if it would only survive at this point. will not return.
Waste of money, no taste at all. very bland. green order thai curry with tofu. they have not even put heavy force to reach to the middle. it's just going to the half box.
First time at Thai Express today. Thought i be serviced by some friendly Thai people. Nope just some unfriendly Chinese dude who seems irritated that i didn't know my protein option for Pas Sa Ew. tasted like cheap soy sauce diluted with salted water taste and portion not worth the price. Dude need training in customer services
