Worst experience at this outlet!! The lady who was working there was doing everything by her own! She started putting veggies and sausages on her own and didn’t even asked me! I went to this restaurant for lunch and had a fantastic time. The staff member was very skilled and friendly. The establishment was tidy and cozy. I don't usually go to Subway, but I had an excellent experience at this location.
This place was once the top Subway in town, but things changed when new owners took over. It's still a good Subway, but like many others, you have to be specific about wanting extra toppings. If you don't, they might only put 4 cucumbers on a 12” sub. The staff used to be outstanding at making subs exactly how customers wanted them, but that seems to have changed. Despite this, there are worse Subways in town, so I gave this one a 4-star rating.
The food was good, but the service was very poor. I waited for half an hour after placing my order online. They said it would only take 5 minutes, but it took much longer. The staff were very slow. Hopefully this feedback will help them improve their speed.
The coffee was lukewarm. If I could, I would have rated them with half a star.
I had a negative experience at this restaurant. I ordered two subs, four cookies, and one bottle of soda, but only received the subs. When I tried to contact customer service through the app, I received no help. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered the phone refused to give me a refund and told me to come to the store to get the missing items. This is not the first time this has happened. My friends and I used to enjoy eating subs at this location, but due to the poor service and unfriendly employees, we will not be returning. Despite this, I will pick up my order in person as I have already paid for home delivery. It is disappointing that the managers have hired someone who does not know how to handle customer complaints. I usually do not write reviews, but this experience was frustrating. This is the worst Subway store I have ever been to.
