I had a negative experience at this restaurant today. The customer service was extremely poor, as the server did not communicate well and barely put any vegetables on my sandwich. It greatly affected my overall experience.
The girl working today(July 9th) 12:30pm. Was very rude, literally threw my food across the counter. Please train your people adequate customer service you DONT throw peoples food. When I said “why you throwing my food” she just gave a dirty look.
I always get good service from this subway and all staff members are good especially manu gracy so don’t spread bad reviews.Thanks.
I ordered three footlongs and a wrap, but received two soggy footlongs and a cookie with a note saying they were out of veggie patties. I found it odd that they thought a cookie was a suitable replacement for a missing footlong. I was not offered a refund or any compensation, and despite calling three times, no one answered. This used to be my favorite neighborhood sub stop, so I hope they address these issues soon.
