I recently tried Lancaster Shawarma, and boy, was it a falafel-icious experience! Freshly made falafel right in front of us, cut veggies that added some serious crunch, and a nice ambience with a delightful lady serving us. The only hitch? They could use a little more sauce variety. But hey, they also offer Gyro shawarma! Just grab a bite and find a spot on the outside bench. Overall, it was a good falafel-filled adventure
The fries I had and garlic potatoes tasted old which was disappointing. I saw in a previous review that they're pre-cooked then reheated so this makes sense. My chicken shawarma was also very oily and didn't taste fresh.

I used to live on Lancaster Street and would visit Lancaster Shawarma at least twice a week. It's been over a year since I moved and I ordered Lancaster Shawarma for dinner tonight. I was not impressed. The Butter Chicken didn't look, smell, or taste like Butter Chicken at all. Honestly, the color threw me off and I lost my appetite. I tried one bite and it tasted as though it had been cooking in a crockpot for days, burnt and dry.
