Nice little good looking place :) very crowded for a saturday noon. Had a plate for our group of four and voila, very good sushis !! Will go there again but probably on site :) View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kinkaku Izakaya:
We reserved a table for two on a Wednesday night. The wait was 1/2 hour. There was a line. The menu was confusing but the waitress was very helpful. It was crowded and noisy. The food was average for a Izakaya, I've had better. Fish could have been fresher. If you have to wait and you want a noisey atmosphere with average food this is the place for you. View all feedback.
The restaurant served fresh, flavorful dishes that were always promptly brought to the table. The bustling and cozy atmosphere may be a bit noisy for a first date, but is fun and engaging with plenty to observe. As a family of four, our focus was on the delicious food. My wife, who has a gluten-free diet, had plenty of options to choose from.
This place is the best All-You-Can-Eat. My friends and I absolutely loved it.
The food was delicious and the waitstaff were very friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Make sure to book a reservation in advance if you want to avoid waiting, especially on weekends.
We came here for a friend's birthday and it was amazing. Although they have the time limit, the service was prompt and exceptional the entire time. Recommending the sake bombs 100%!The Izakayas in KW are well-run restaurants with an atmosphere that makes the price worth every cent. I've been numerous times to both locations and it's always consistent. Note that it is quite loud so it's definitely not the place for a quiet conversation.As for food, their ikayaki is always perfectly cooked with a buttery soft texture. Carpaccio and sushi are always fresh as well. This location also has Taro Chips!
Overall 4.5 out of 5. The food was really good, there were so many options to choose from. There's a camera right before the washroom so don't get caught trying to throw food out and order responsibly because they will be able to see you. Other than that very appreciative for the service :
