Kelsey's - Kitchener

Lot's of interesting choices on the menu. The broccoli cheddar soup was delicious but not hot, just kind of warm. The seafood medley was good but really just calamari, only 2 shrimp on the plate! The waitress was very pleasant and service was good but the kitchen needs to pay more attention to the details.

We stopped on our way to Ottawa and the four of us were very impressed with the restaurant atmosphere, value and service. It features garage style windows so it was open to outside and lovely for dining on a warm evening. we will be sure to return the next time we go through Kitchener

Poor choice of vegetarien meals and healthy food (mostly high caloric items on the menu). Very poor and slow service ( the restaurant was almost empty). Not a good experience.

Went to Kelsey's with my son and hubby. We had the wings. Service and food were very good. I recommend the BBQ sauce and apple butter BBQ sauce for the wings. Both are really good.

Let me just start by saying I am not one of those picky high maintenance trying to score a free meal type of person but this was the worst food I have had in a while! My boyfriend and I got a burger and grilled cheese with fries,sounds like a pretty simple quick meal I would say. Took over half and hour and when our food finally did arrive it was cold and rock hard. We mentioned it to our waitress. We did not even have the common curtosy of the manager to come and apologize for the discrace of a meal we had and poor service. We haven't gone there in about a year because the same thing happened the last time. Thought we'd give it a second chance thinking maybe they just had a bad night but it's clear to say they do not know how to run a restaurant. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING THERE!!!!!
