iShawarma - Kitchener

Ishawarma has the best I have tasted, and love the fresh baked bread. I make the trip from Cambridge just to go to ishawarma when I am wanting shawarma.

Great place for shawarma. Been there 3 times since they open and will keep going there when ever i feel like having a shwarma platter. The price is excellent for the quantity, and is good enough for 2 people. I just buy an extra pita, which are stone baked and fresh.

A chicken plater is the way to go.Two people split this and sit was a great lunch. The hummus is my favorite,

They bake their own bread in a large oven just inside the front door so the aroma hits you as you enter great idea. The menu is wraps and sandwiches. The sandwiches with the fresh bread are tasty, filling and messy. The abundant toppings ooze out and may need a fork to clean then up. The store is located in the Sunrise Shopping Centre on Ottawa Street between Starbucks and Bulk Barn. It is open 11Am to 10 PM.

Me and a couple of writer friends love a good hummus and shwarma, so when we saw this new restaurant, we were eager to give it a try. It's more of a take-out place, although they do have four or five tables. They make outstanding homemade bread (which is more like a pita). My friends ate the shwarma and gave it an A+. I thoroughly enjoyed the falafel sandwich.This is a great spot for a quick lunch, and I'll enjoy a return visit.
