What User doesn't like about Harvey's:
I bought a poutine when I opened it, it was full of a lot of gravy. I took it up to show the staff in a polite manner and they started to deny what I was telling them. Asking if I looked at the bottom and saying they put an exact measurement of gravy. (Given, I should’ve asked for light gravy). What upset me was they acted like I was making this up. Ordered chicken strips meal for kids, with side of poutine. I saw the guy putting chicken strips in the fryer and thought it will be fresh for kids to eat. He took the chicken out in less than 30 seconds. I thought that might be the standard time to cook but its only when I got home, I found out that he was actually reheating. The breading was rock hard. Could not feed kids. I had to give them veggies from home. What a shameful behaviour and service by Indian origin girl who served my order. I hope one day she gets to feed her kids that kind of meal. Shame on you for being in food service industry and serving customers with stale reheated food. Really shame on you.
Very good and nothing bad..little cold on the fries..but everything else was excellent with great service
Worst Drive-thru, Ordered buffalo chicken wrap combo. Made me wait for 15 mins in parking and yet i get grilled chicken wrap which they did not inform me. Get your Orders Correct HARVEYS!!!!
Wouldn’t expect nothing else from Harvey’s. Great job to the staff. You all doing an amazing job! Meal was top notch- poutine was fire
