Was Leola Halvorson at Fish Hut a mag?
It's a small place to eat in but there is tables and a few booths. Well we ordered the 2 piece halibut and chips and when we got them didn't seem long the chips were fresh cut i thought great! and the fish non greasy and amazing thick pieces of heaven it was that good! We have been going to the Fish Hut for a number of years and it has always been really consistently good. unfortunately when I picked up our haddock meal and brought it home (we live approximately 5 minutes away) the fries were under cooked and the fish was cold and mushy!!!Very disappointing! Really good fish and chips. Excellent prices, fast service, family run. Cole Slaw is good. Small place in a house.

This restaurant is so unassuming--a tiny hole in the wall in a tiny neighbourhood plaza--but it is among the best take out places in KW.

The fries are perfectly unsalted, which is great because the gravy is delicious and complements them wonderfully!

Love their breaded haddock. Had it for supper last week. Cole slaw is very good too. Love this neighbourhood place. If you haven’t tried it. I would recommend it.
