I've heard good things about Sonny's in Waterloo but haven't gone yet, because why would I when this place is here? Perfect crunch and thickness on the batter - not bready or any grassier than it should be. Halibut, haddock, cod, white fish - I've tried and loved them all. And the prices are reasonable! Their poutine is also exemplary. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Well we ordered the 2 piece halibut and chips and when we got them didn't seem long the chips were fresh cut i thought great! and the fish non greasy and amazing thick pieces of heaven it was that good! So all and all great place to go for fish and as far as fish and chips go i thought this place was cheaper then all the other places I've been in the region!And Better!
