The staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I've been a loyal customer since their original location on Highland Rd. This is my favorite spot for restocking supplies. The original owners genuinely care about delivering excellent customer service. I'm eagerly looking forward to when you resume in-store seminars!
This delightful little shop offers a great selection of essentials like milk, cheese, and eggs, with vegan options available as well. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality, and the service is friendly.
I visited this restaurant in the summer of 2016 and was quite disappointed with the customer service, especially regarding my purchase of the blueberry vegan BIO candies and the smoothie. On a positive note, they are well-organized and offer a diverse range of products. However, they need to enhance their consistency in dealing with customers; if not, they might face financial challenges by the end of the year. Consistency is essential for a successful business.
I waited over 10 minutes for my smoothie, even though there were no other customers in the shop. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed; it barely tasted like anything and was mostly just ice. I definitely do not recommend this place and won't be coming back.
We frequently shop in this location, but today my wife needed to use the restroom, and they denied her access because she wasn't making a purchase. We won't be coming back. There are plenty of other stores that offer much better customer service!
