The service is generally slow, despite the fact that they prepare your food in front of you as you order. The atmosphere is lacking and the staff are not as friendly as they used to be.

After waiting for an hour and not receiving our food, we called the restaurant to inquire. They informed us that they were already closed and unable to fulfill our order. Despite this, they were unable to cancel the order on their website. We have since contacted their head office via email and called the local store, but have yet to receive a response from a manager as promised. As a result, we have had to dispute the charge on our credit card, making for a very frustrating experience.
