I called Barburrito immediately and I... read more It was a horrible experience. I ordered two burritos via door dash, it got delivered. When I opened it, it was one order. I called Barburrito immediately and I was told it must have been the driver that ate one. I was shocked!! No remorse, nothing. Iwas asked to take it up with door dash. Door dash gave me the credit value of the burrito that was delivered. I asked for mymoney back because I was never using the app or ordering from bar burrito again. I was upset. I called bar burrito andrequested the manager. He promised he would get to the bottom of it and have my money refunded. He never called back. No callback no feedback, nothing. They also didn't take ownership of the error. The delivery location to Barburrito was less than 4minutes. Money lost, and I didn't get one burrito. Worse customer service I have received.

The food made my stomach feel very heavy and bloated. by the time it was bedtime my stomach still felt very full and bloated, I couldn?t sleep on my stomach for thewhole night. I threw up and had severe bathroom visits at 4am. It was terrible. I believe that I got food poisoning there, notsure how. I was totally fine until after I ate the burrito, so I?m convinced it was the burrito.

The staff was incredibly polite. Now, let’s talk about the food—it was absolutely delicious, fresh, and tender. I ordered the shrimp burrito, and it was amazing. The beans, pickled onions, and chipotle sauce were all packed with flavor. I’m not sure of the name of the employee who assisted me, but he was taller than the others and very kind. He handled my first-time order with great professionalism. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The spicy chicken bowl is definitely a highlight and one of the finest dishes I've tried in the area. While I can't comment on the other items on the menu, I have never been let down by this specific bowl.

The employees lack friendliness, especially when they make errors, and each visit seems to end with something being wrong with the order. We decided to avoid this place from the very beginning due to the manager's behavior, and now it seems that the entire staff shares an unhappy and indifferent attitude towards their mistakes.
