However, after waiting for two hours, they informed me that they were just starting to prepare it. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I spent 15 pounds on crispy beef that was tough and tasted like cartilage, a bland sauce, fried rice that was not quite right, and rubbery prawn toast. I ended up throwing it all in the trash. I have decided to never eat here again.

The sauces were overly salty and the egg fried rice appeared plain, with an excess of salt. The starters were unpleasantly chewy and seemed old, as if they had been reheated. The only redeeming factor were the complimentary pancake rolls, which were delicious. Overall, the rest of the food was disappointing and even the restaurant itself was dirty.
