We called in today for lunch and had a very pleasant surprise. It is situated throughout the bookstore and shop which is opposite the main entrance doors. We found it very relaxing sitting in at a table the cafe. The staff were really polite and friendly. The makup of their customers appeared to be happy and relaxed making it a great setting for lunch. What gothicwax doesn't like about Centre Coffee:
We called for a quick toastie, has in town and in a rush . The brown one had a fair few black bits stuck on the underside, which we hadn't noticed until we started eating . They were very bland , the ham tasted a little wierd . We wouldn't go again sadly . View all feedback.
I love the coffee and food and really like the new relaxed seating area that they've created. It's a great place to work and chat.

Amazing place. You don't have to be religious to go. The food is very good, and big portions. About the same price as eating at Costa, but with the food freshly made! And fast! I don't know how they manage it. The cakes are amazing, but this is my first time having lunch and my friends haven't stopped talking about it! We will be back soon.
Food is good, and prices are good. There’s plenty of space so I was able to sit here and do some journalling for an hour too.
Great place to go for a snack. limited menu but fast service and friendly staff.
