It's been a while since I last visited this Wendy's, and I probably won't be returning anytime soon.

There were no unsweetened beverage options, no napkins available, and the condiment station needed a good cleaning. The floors and tables in the dining area were dirty, and I noticed eight employees moving around who seemed to be taking their time addressing these problems. Given all this, the restaurant's 96 rating from the health department feels a bit too generous.
