What Nella Conroy doesn't like about Bojangles:
While the food was the same good food we all expect from Bo Jangles... They are not equipped to deal with large orders, 10+ biscuits. Almost got the feeling it was an inconvenience, body language, comments between staff. Did not see an online portal or app where I could order in advance for pickup. Don't get me wrong, no one was outwardly rude, but body language can be louder than words. View all feedback.
Not a terrible location but they were all to happy to charge me for extra gravy. Then after I offered I asked for sauce.. they said they were out of almost everything except 1. They should've had a sign or told the customer before they ordered. Only makes sense.
I really don't like the fact that I have to repeat my order 3 or more times to different people. we could also place our order and the second window, as we again put on the drive thru person then on those who give us our food. another problem is that they can always say when manager nikki and angie work because the drive thru is always long and it takes forever to get her eating
We stopped by bojangles this morning and got a cold and uncooked fries ended with the crash. the bacon egg and cheese biscuit was good and fresh.
Lot of people to drive through but got through fast
I didn't eat long enough, so I decided to come by before I went to ny. the chicken was tasty and fresh, biscuit was moist and tasty, fries were also wonderful. I enjoyed my meal of bojangles.
