Subway - Kinston

This restaurant is the worst place to go. The staff treat people badly and it is not a good place to visit. The workers are rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend going to this restaurant.

I arrived at this sandwich shop on Monday at 5 pm. I ordered a 12-inch salami sub on Italian bread with cheese. The spinach and cucumber were on the bottom of the container and did not look appetizing. The spinach was wilted and the cucumbers looked frozen and slimy. I asked for fresh cucumbers but was told they had none left. I suggested they cut up some fresh cucumbers but they said they didn't have any in the back. I noticed there was a small white bug on the pickles, so I asked for a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement didn't look edible either. I ended up going back to my hotel to eat my sandwich without the bread being too hard. This place definitely needs some improvement and more attentive staff. I used to work at a sandwich chain so I know the standards, and this place fell short. I also asked about soup but they didn't have any available.

The subs at this restaurant are delicious and made with fresh meat and vegetables. It is always a great place to go for a decent meal. Highly recommended.

Closed at 545 pm. Internet says they close at 7 pm.

Dirty, rude, and charge more than any other subway.
