Ocean Bay Seafood - Kinston

We decided to try this place tonight and I have to say it was very good. There were only two people working and they did a good job of getting our food out quickly. The server was very nice and friendly and checked on us several times. I got the Jumbo shrimp plate with fries and slaw and my husband got the fried flounder plate with fries and slaw. We both enjoyed our meals. The hush puppies are really good as well.

Flounder and shrimp were very good. The workers were friendly, personable and quick to accommodate on my carry out order. Food was ready at the scheduled time. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you?re in the area.

I really enjoy eating there. Nice relaxed atmosphere. The food is delicious!! People are so nice.

BEWARE Picked up a platter and the fries were not hot tasted like they have been sitting out I called they said they would replace it. But then I saw a hair on the shrimp and immediately drove back. Sorry ocean bay can?t come back. This is a no for me. Amanda your a gem I hope you stay and I don?t know the other ladies in the front but they were pleasantly nice as well. The fries were spiced up nicely unfortunately the hair the manager that runs the place said if you eat it they don?t refund your money. I got my money back but he said even if there?s hair in the food they don?t replace it or give your money back. Please check your food before you leave this place.

My very first time here I got the combo 4 which comes with 2 lb of snow crab legs 1 lb of shrimp one pound of mussels and one pound of crawfish I also got hushpuppies extra corn I definitely recommend this place very good seasoning was okay I would add a little bit more garlic to it but it was still really really good
