It would be nice if someone would actually answer the phone! Today is 6/6/2023 and I know I've called about 12 times to place an order,and no one ever answered the phone!!!! Ain't no way this place is that busy!!!! It's ok,I'll take my business elsewhere. You know what they say about 1st impressions!!!!! I wasn't impressed at all,do to the not answering of the phone's!!! It would be great if someone could actually pick up the phone! Today is June 6, 2023, and I've tried calling about 12 times to place an order, but no one has answered! There's no way this place is that busy! That's fine; I'll take my business elsewhere. You know what they say about first impressions – and mine certainly wasn't a good one, especially since no one answered the calls!
I've visited this place several times, and the food is consistently excellent. If you order the fried chicken, keep in mind that they prepare it fresh, so it might take a bit longer. If you have the opportunity, definitely stop by Jessie Bell and sample the menu. The prices are quite reasonable as well. I don't think you'll be disappointed!
The food is excellent! It's the best soul food I've had since moving to North Carolina. Food: 5/5.
