Front staff be having attitudes when you come in trying to be friendly, and hand coupons. They act as if I was being irritating, and all I did was hand them the coupons with a smile. The bread also taste sweet and moldy may want to look intothat. View all feedback.

Terrible experience. The so-called manager was takin orders. She was rude and disrespectful to my children. And she actually got into an argument with me over a paper cup! I mean, really?Don?t go there! View all feedback.
Customer support is not a priority as it seems to the employee that it is not important. When I got into the window, I wasn't even taken. So the whole 10 minutes were waiting for nothing.

My favorite fast food restaurant to go to. I love the taste over Mickie D any day. Service is good and the drive thru was quick.
If you prefer cold food, then this is the perfect restaurant for you. The service is extremely slow, and you are practically guaranteed to receive a hot, fresh meal here. It appears that upper management is not properly overseeing their restaurants and their priorities lie elsewhere.
Waited for two of the new chicken sandwiches (1 spicy/1 hot). Apparently the car in front of us ordered four but they only make six at a time. Not sure why the other two weren't already cooking but I digress.Apparently, they take 15 minutes to cook, a fact that was not mentioned when we ordered, when we paid or when we were told to pull up once we got to the window to grab our food. It wasn't until my friend went inside, after we waited in the car for a little over ten minutes, that they explained what the hold up was.The chicken sandwiches were definitely not worth that fifteen minute wait as they were unseasoned and under-sauced.
