I'm a big fan of Bojangles and usually visit at least twice a week during my travels, but this location is by far the worst I've experienced. The food is consistently cold, stale, and unappetizing. The staff all seem on the verge of losing their patience. Every time I leave, I regret not choosing McDonald's instead.

On my first visit, I thought they were just busy; however, during my second visit, with only four cars in front of me, it still took over 20 minutes to place my order and another 10 minutes to get my food. Despite the lengthy wait, the food was enjoyable.
