We dined as a couple mid week and there were only two other tables occupied. The room is a large "barn" of a place, and the decor has not changed since the two previous restaurant tenants. The food on the other hand was quite good: the cerviche, the tamales etc. were quite authentic with good service and very good value.I am sure that on a busier night when there is more "buzz", especially in the party season this restaurant will be a hit!
We went with 9 friends for dinner. After already waiting for 45 min for our entree tapas, they told us that some of the tapas were not available as incidents were missing. Lemonade was also not available, so the drivers were limited to water. Pizza was the only dish which was delivered in a reasonable time frame and tasted good. All other food took 1 hour. 5 people ordered Chicken / Chorizo Paella. The portion size was very small and except of oily rice was not really much on the plate. We shared roughly 1 dry chicken breast and half a chorizo between the 5 of us The waitress was apologetic about the lame service, but that didn't help us get over paying top dollar for below average food.
Food all bland. Service was the worst we experienced in literally years. Apologies were lame. Pizza that came out 25 minutes after everyone else was finished eating looked good but not enough to redeem the experience.
Awesome tapas cooked in wood oven. Great Spanish and South American wines. I will be back!
