I told him I just wanted the Super Salad as I was i... read more The employee at the counter was more focused on getting me to sign up for a membership than taking my order. I told him I just wanted the Super Salad as I was in a hurry to go to the movies. I also made it clear that I wasn't interested in joining. His response was that I could fill out the membership form while waiting for my meal. When the 'Super Salad' arrived, it was a sad bowl of wilted lettuce, old beetroot, messy avocado, and grilled chicken strips that were thankfully fresh. The presentation was sloppy and unappetizing. When another staff member asked how everything was, I tried to express my disappointment but he just walked past without acknowledging me. Overall, it was a letdown and I wouldn't return. The front staff should prioritize listening to customers and their orders instead of pushing memberships.
