Dined mid-week and ordered the mega double wagyu burger and the mega parma. the expectations were from a standard Pub menu. the Burgerpatty’s were not made in-house definitiw and were so solid that they could not fit the burger in their mouth. tried like the ones they buy from coles, where the taste of the crimson overrides the meat taste. not what they expect when they order wagyu. the parma was deep fried and resembled a broken piece of fish that exaggerated special tomato sauce, and the koleslaw swimming in too much sweet praise mayonnaise. all the workers we met were very nice, but we will not return.

Dined here on a Wednesday evening, stop busy with many family groups with children. the staff was very friendly and the service was efficient. good selection of ordinary pub meals, but appeared more affordable than similar pubs. defend a visit worth.

Thank you Patrick your customer service is outstanding you will go a long way in the hospitality industry .Calamari entree without error in fact better than majority of Resturants in the area. I am a blue steak tragic chef Ritchie does a...blue steak to melt the hardest heart it’s perfect . What a find the food is fantastic decor passable, staff attentive . Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Went for dinner on Sunday night. Only four tables occupied and one staff member on duty plus someone who may have been the manager. The waitress on duty (ERIN) was the surliest and rudest individual I have encountered in a long time. Her whole demeanour/...body language said she just didn't want to be there. Had to ask for menu, no cutlery offered had to go and find for ourselves. The steaks we ordered were great, the accompanying salad, very lacklustre. Considering we have just come out of lockdown, one would think businesses would be at least be giving good and professional service and trying to attract customers but not here. Sadly, we won't be back. They really need to lift their game and get decent staff.

Ordered the Thursday night scotch fillet steak special (done medium well). When it arrived it was under-cooked, tough and gristly and generally inedible. When I politely mentioned this to the waiter when he collected the plates he looked at me as if to say what...do you want me to do about it? . No recognition of my comment and walked off never to be seen again. I didn 't want a refund, but an acknowledgement that I was served an inedible meal and an apology would have been polite. I 'm absolutely disgusted at the lack of care shown, never mind the quality, or lack thereof, of the offering! Won 't be back!
