The employee at the counter was more focused on getting me to sign up for a membership than taking my order. I told him I just wanted the Super Salad as I was in a hurry to go to the movies. I also made it clear that I wasn't interested in joining. His response was that I could fill out the membership form while waiting for my meal. When the 'Super Salad' arrived, it was a sad bowl of wilted lettuce, old beetroot, messy avocado, and grilled chicken strips that were thankfully fresh. The presentation was sloppy and unappetizing. When another staff member asked how everything was, I tried to express my disappointment but he just walked past without acknowledging me. Overall, it was a letdown and I wouldn't return. The front staff should prioritize listening to customers and their orders instead of pushing memberships.
Nice happy friendly fun staff, Great food, and Drink selection. Nice selection of food always popular and fairly busy.
The food at this restaurant is tasty, however, there is no table service. It is best to avoid peak hours as there are often noisy kid parties or teenage groups.
Had a Status Quo burger. Was solid. Real big piece of chicken schnitzel and a good amount of slaw and sauce. Wife had Hawaiian wrap which was nice but needed something to break up the cheese and meat. All in All, very nice.
Grill’d is one of many food outlets in the Southland entertainment precinct, situated between Macdonalds and a Chinese restaurant. This one has been around for as long as I can remember and the times (not often) we have partaken in a burger the staff have...always been polite and cheerful which is a big plus considering how busy this place is. The range of burgers is good and the ones we decide on have a good fresh taste. Waiting outside is a bit of a downer ‘cause you might be taking someone’s seat but usually minutes is all one needs to endure....Back again for sure ‘cause the chips are excellent....
