This is in a great location, easy parking, and there are other convenient, restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The stories nicely laid out, clean, and has it nice ambience. I particularly like their hot food which they prepare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The products here are priced higher than most other grocery stores, but they’re also of higher quality. What Jay Eusebio doesn't like about Farm Boy:
Decent selection, but a lot of items are overpriced in my opinion compared to other supermarkets in the area. I know some people are very loyal to Farmboy, I just don't understand why. View all feedback.
One of my favorite stores! They have such a great selection of veggies, fruit and meats!
A must stop when visiting Kingston, Ontario from neighbouring cities! This stop was not a big shop, but exemplifies why I shop here Farm Boy Perogies.Stock up, or visit more frequently. You’ll never regret it.
The quality of the Chinese food has really deteriorated. The stir fries used to be superb. However, the stir fry I bought today and last week was dry and the tofu wasn't cooked with soy sauce. and veggies. The employee didn't seem to know what she should be doing.
Terrific store. Lots of house brands and prepared foods. Includes a deli and fresh fish. Also, free coffee while you shop.During another visit, I purchased some local strawberries that are good, some Montreal Style smoked meat that was poor (not even close to the real thing. Perhaps because it was too lean) and some smoke pastramiI am no expert on what pastrami is supposed to taste like, but I thought very nice, better than the smoked meat.
First visit as a person who requires a wheelchair. The entry was smooth and easily accessible for a powerchair. The aisles were clear of those cardboard display shelves that so many other stores seem to use. There is a dedicated accessible checkout and the cashier even asked customers who were blocking the end of the checkout to kindly make room.
