What MzunguRafiki likes about Curry Original:
Enjoyed a very tasty meal (including the spectacular fluffy naan) with friends the other night. The patio is wonderfully peaceful providing the perfect spot to enjoy a warm summer evening. The staff were all very kind and provided excellent service. *This review is for the newer Bagot St. location. View all feedback. What Kate H doesn't like about Curry Original:
Nice location on patio. Service was great, quick. Ordered Vegetarion meal for 2 split between 3 people. Restaurant added extra dessert for free. Unfortunately the flavour was very dull. read moreLocated near the waterfront, this Indian restaurant offers a mix of experiences for diners. While some found the flavors lacking in spice and depth, others praised the well-cooked and flavorful dishes. The butter chicken was a hit with some, although one reviewer found it too sweet and lacking in key ingredients. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive, and the extensive menu offered something for everyone, from vegetable samosas to chicken vindaloo. While some diners found the food to be overpriced and lacking in flavor, others raved about the delicious meals and accommodating staff. Overall, the restaurant seems to offer a varied experience for patrons, with mixed reviews highlighting both positive and negative aspects of the dining experience.
