Smoothie King - Kings Island

No one came to help me after standing in lobby for 5+ minutes during lunch

I'm a truck driver and I travel throughout the United States and this Smoothie King must be the worst I've been to. It's good to have young people but they can care less about job performance. I live in Atlanta and our Smoothie Kings are top notch. I give this location a negative 0.

I always come to this Smoothie King because I work right around the corner from it but the girl and they're just now has a serious attitude. I didn't like the way she blended my smoothie the first time because it was big lumpy and chumpy. So I asked her if she could please blend it a little more and she just had an attitude. She kept slamming the blender. Just moving with negative energy. I hope she's not in there Monday when I work

I visited yesterday (4/15) in the afternoon the young guy who waited on me was super friendly helpful. The angel food smoothie is delish. My only complaint is that it is SO HOT in there. Your employees shouldn’t have to work in that environment. Otherwise, I would recommend do plan to return.

Smoothie was made well tasted good. But I don’t appreciate the fact that curb side was offered very much needed in my case having a baby in the car and no one answers the phone. I am just thankful that a guest leaving was kind enough to grab the smoothie for me ! Definitely will not be back
