I always want to support local businesses and not write bad reviews, but today I had the terrible experience we had in this restaurant. we were early for the Mother's breakfast and had the worst service. it took 45 minutes to get 2 simple breakfasts after they asked twice. larger groups that came after us got their food pleasure before us and ate. the server looked as if she could pay less attention to being there. I never checked for us once. I can't remember their names, but I know it started with a s, according to our bill. After asking about our food for the first time, she said she could bring us the pancakes that have taken forever. When she fell off the pancakes, she said she would get the syrup. she went away and started cleaning and never came back. we had to ask someone. I asked her again after our eating an hour after our arrival and she said it was coming and they had commanded great. our food wasn't even hot when we finally got it. in the time we waited, I saw that people carry their own shoes to the cash register to ask for coffee refills, a customer had to track up our server that she said they had to order and when we paid, I saw that our server speaks very rude to another customer. everything we got was a “peace that you eat for so long”. unnecessary to say, we will definitely not eat this position again. I get that it was busy and we were super early to eat and go. if I could give zero stars, I would.
Beautiful breakfast in king city. great friendly staff. clean and beautiful furnishings. faster, friendly service.
Food quality is low-mediocre, kartoffels are terrible. I am not sure if this whole chain has gone down the hill or whether it is only the place close to me, but very switched off from what was a favorite before
Delicious breakfast and good customer service, but the exhaust fan in the kitchen is bad, and all our clothes were badly advised after we eat there. please repair and improve the exhaust fan in the kitchen!
I typically don’t write reviews but in this case I felt that I had to. The customer service was very poor ; the waiters were inattentive to our needs, no coffee refill and we weren’t approached once to see if we needed anything. I had to get up to ask for maple syrup and water. There were three waiters and only a few tables. As well the quality of the food was poor, the pancakes were undercooked and mushy, the eggs weren’t made to order. This place used to be good…not sure what’s going on…I am guessing new owners?. Needless to say that we won’t be coming here again. Sunset grill has always been welcoming place but this place doesn’t fit the trend and blemishes the name of sunset grill. At the end when I was paying the bill the girl (seemed like the owner) slammed the bill on the counter.
