I started with a salmon avocado hand roll: the seaweed was crunchy, the rice was perfectly boiled and still warm, and the salmon melted in mouth. then I had chirashi: the fish was very much without taking off. tenderly, there were many species of fish, the whole portion size was generous, and the presentation was beautiful. this eating is so good that it requires complete attention that it is impossible not to eat spiritually! also the service was very friendly and attentive, and eating appeared remarkably fast, especially given the fact that the place was, inconspicuous, packed. a wonderful evening!
