She was forcing us out by turning off the lights while we were enjo... read more My experience here was not so great. Although the food was good, the manager was not polite. She was forcing us out by turning off the lights while we were enjoying our great meal. She rolled her eyes MULTIPLE TIMES. We tried to eat as fast as we could but she kept rushing us with her body language. Once we were heading out she immediately turned off the lights, before we could even make to the door. We tried to apologize because we sympathetic people and understand her frustration, but her behavior was just unacceptable.

The girl doing the meats had a bad attitude and the girl doing the toppings had a baggie sweatshirt that kept running on the sandwich and I waited till she put the sauce on and then told her that she had sauce on her sleeve and that it was touching it and she did a oops don't care laugh and said she would remake it but they pushed me to the end of the line behind like 6 people and kept looking at me like what do you want look and then would ask the new customer that just walked in what they wanted and kept giving menrude looks so I just walked out and went to Wendy's. Wendy's was so kind and sweet and had great service and the food tasted so good at WENDYS! Actually when I was at Wendy's telling my aunt the story a lot of people there was nodding there heads and being like yeah that happens a lot. I'm not from there and was just passing through for a girl's day but I will not be going there again!

Every single time I order from this subway the food and service are always horrible. I keep going back because I love a cold sub, but the customer service and the food need help. The people working are always rude and act annoyed that you are ordering food and every time I put in a mobile order, every single sandwhich is wrong. It's like they purposely do not care and it doesn't matter what time of day it is. Also have on more than one occasion, found hair in our sandwiches. Whomever the owner is has some serious improvements to make.
