They don’t like or appreciate custom from the North of Ireland and insisted on scamming us out of nearly 7 pounds due to making up their own exchange rate which was not correct. Another member of staff quoted the correct rate but was contradicted by this mean member of staff who insisted that their personal rate was 8% lower. Would not return due to meanness and bad attitude which is frankly discriminatory towards Northerners, didn’t realise we are still living in the 80’s as second class citizens!
