Had Sunday lunch here today with my mother and one of my sons. Friendly service and great food,probably the best chicken wings in the country! Had the pasta with chicken breast,absolutely beautiful! Come here fairly often and will be back.
Very busy on Saturdays, very delicious food. I will definitely visit this restaurant again!
We as a family had a beautiful meal here we had starter main meal but there was so much food we couldn't have a dessert but my two children had a lovely 99 with thousands and thousands of little things on top perfect place for any day dinner right beside the canal
Unfortunately, Nanny Quinns has closed down now. We didn't book ahead of time but we will in future. That said they were very accommodating and took the pressure in their stride.Lovely old style pub serving great food and a great pint. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was second to none. Beside the canal so perfect for a drink on warmer days. I have passed it by for years but now that we are actually living nearby, we will definitely be frequent visitors.
It's a very reasonably priced and pleasant place. We ordered a meal deal with pizza and side dishes, but we couldn't finish it. Apparently, people usually can't finish their pizzas because they're large and filling. We got a takeaway box to get to go. The place is nice, a great place to rest and eat when you're out of town. Hopefully, we'll come back again.
