Description

Nanny Quinn's offers a wide range of food options, from tasty steak sandwiches to mouthwatering turbot dishes. Patrons have experienced mixed service, with communication failures and lapses in attentiveness noted. The staff, while friendly, have room for improvement in guest interactions. However, the delicious food and accommodating atmosphere keep customers coming back for more. Those with dietary restrictions, including gluten-free and vegetarian diners, can find suitable options on the menu. Despite some service issues, overall, the restaurant provides a delightful dining experience along the scenic royal canal, making it a recommended spot for a pleasant meal.

Unfortunately, Nanny Quinns has closed down now. We didn't book ahead of time but we will in future. That said they were very accommodating and took the pressure in their stride.Lovely old style pub serving great food and a great pint. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was second to none. Beside the canal so perfect for a drink on warmer days. I have passed it by for years but now that we are actually living nearby, we will definitely be frequent visitors.

It's a very reasonably priced and pleasant place. We ordered a meal deal with pizza and side dishes, but we couldn't finish it. Apparently, people usually can't finish their pizzas because they're large and filling. We got a takeaway box to get to go. The place is nice, a great place to rest and eat when you're out of town. Hopefully, we'll come back again.

Perfect place to stop on the way to sligo/Carrick from Dublin. Only just off the N4. Worth the small detour. Now I have found this place, I won't be going anywhere else! I ordered the Tortilla's from the special menu. Delicious! So filling. Came to the table within 10 mins of ordering. Fab!

It's a very affordable and decent place. We got a meal deal with pizza and sides, but we couldn't finish it. People usually don't finish the pizzas because they're so big and filling. We bought a box and made takeout. I think the place is nice, a nice place to relax and eat on our way out of town. I hope we'll cross paths again.
