What Peter Steinberg doesn't like about The Foundry At Summit Pond:
Great atmosphere, with live music. Had the porterhouse steak. Cooked perfectly. Only compliant was the tenderloin portion seemed a little small compared to other places I had before…maybe it’s the cut hereThe sides were not my favorite. The garlic mash was lacking flavor, was more on the bland side.Maple roasted brussels sprouts. Was lacking the crispness. View all feedback. What kristen Collins likes about The Foundry At Summit Pond:
Great experience with a family of skiers. We’ve come back many times over the past couple decades as an aprés ski meal. It is pricey and lacked a bit in menu selection and quality this past time we visited. Of course, we had to order the Goombay Smashes which are always a hit! View all feedback.
