We ordered the pork buns and duck confit fritters for an appetizer, both were perfectly seasoned and great flavor. The duck fritters melted in your mouth. I got the tamari glazed salmon, perfectly cooked and great flavor, garlic mashed was delicious as well. My son got the rotisserie chicken meal with sweet potato fries and asparagus, he ate everything. Baby back ribs were fall of the bone tender and the baked beans were amazing, my husband and yo were very happy with that. Caesar salad we got was ok, not the best. Dessert was great, the deconstructed banana cream pie was a huge hit, my loved his chocolate mousse and the creme brûlée was good. Overall it’s been the best meal we have had in a long time. Our server Sam was wonderful, attentive and so nice. Next time we are back in Rutland we will be going back to Table for sure. Thank you

After a delicious meal last night at The Roots, we wanted to try another Rutland, Vermont staple. After a long day of skiing, we had booked a reservation at Table 24 for 7:30 pm. We showed up a little early and were taken directly to our table. The empty appetizer plate had been eaten off of but staffing has been challenging and mistakes happen. We quickly moved on to ordering drinks and an appetizer. Our drinks came quickly and the Bourbon Apple is actually quite good. The positives end there. I ordered a $38 filet mignon and asked for it to be cooked medium rare. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib and requested one of their larger cuts. My meal arrived and I cut into the filet and it was raw inside and my boyfriend?s prime rib was over cooked. I politely asked the waitress to take mine back to the kitchen to get it a little more medium rare which she quickly obliged. My steak arrived raw a second time and I felt that it was important to bring it to a manager. The manager comped the meal and the appetizer. Needless to say we stopped at the grocery store on the way home. So disappointing after looking forward to a nice hot meal all day.

The se... read more My friends chose Table 24 for an anniversary dinner. We had trouble choosing between multiple appealing menu items. We all enjoyed the meals we selected! The server was pleasant and attentive enough without hovering too much. We would patronize again and invite others. I especially liked my pork tenderloin and my friend’s salmon looked wonderful!
