This restaurant should improve their hot cocoa and hot tea, as what I received was disappointing. The hot cocoa was watered down and the tea had a strange taste, almost like tea mixed with coffee. I won't be returning to this place. View all feedback.

He attempted to order coffee, but the girl refused to serve it.
I used the drive-thru for quick service, but waited in line for five minutes before someone noticed me. The rude young lady told me she was busy making food and asked what I wanted her to do about it. I explained my wait, but she continued to escalate the situation when I asked for the manager. A young man eventually brought me my coffee, but no one else came to speak to me. I will not be returning.
I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. They always get my order correct!
Terrible ! They were slow and out of everything!Was literally in a line of cars for 30 minutes...i suggested a sign at drive thru to warn of this shortage...they said DD sent one and Manager refused to post it...i wont go back

Having customers wait in the drive-thru for 30 minutes at 6 AM without addressing or apologizing for the delay is unacceptable. Once in the drive-thru, customers are trapped and unable to leave. This kind of wait time is unreasonable for a drive-thru, and the staff should at least apologize for the inconvenience and acknowledge the slow service. It's important to support the staff and recognize the challenges they are facing.
Perfect Dunkin run. Everything was correct, coffees were made exceptionally well, definitely worth the stop!
This places sucks! the service is terrible. The shorter woman who makes food and sometimes drivethru does nothing but complain and swear in front of customers and degrades her younger fellow employees. You should be embarrassed by how disorganized and unfriendly the staff is. So slow and angry, we as customers are made to feel guilty buying a coffee.I can speak for almost all of the patrons that have gone to this location and tell you that you are the worst. NEVER going there again.

Been going there 10 years, never had a problem till recently. Short brunette lady with glasses gave me an attitude about it not being open 24 hours and in the same manic discussion (with herself) pointed out the website says 24 hours. Next day she deliberately gives me the wrong food and glares at me smiling as I leave, only to find out later the food was incorrect.Sorry but you lost a customer, at least for a couple of years. I'll gladly drive a different route and visit a different D&D as we all know they're locations are every 5 miles.
