What Ciara Noka dislikes about Dunkin':
This restaurant should improve their hot cocoa and hot tea, as what I received was disappointing. The hot cocoa was watered down and the tea had a strange taste, almost like tea mixed with coffee. I won't be returning to this place. View all feedback.

I used the drive-thru for quick service, but waited in line for five minutes before someone noticed me. The rude young lady told me she was busy making food and asked what I wanted her to do about it. I explained my wait, but she continued to escalate the situation when I asked for the manager. A young man eventually brought me my coffee, but no one else came to speak to me. I will not be returning.

Having customers wait in the drive-thru for 30 minutes at 6 AM without addressing or apologizing for the delay is unacceptable. Once in the drive-thru, customers are trapped and unable to leave. This kind of wait time is unreasonable for a drive-thru, and the staff should at least apologize for the inconvenience and acknowledge the slow service. It's important to support the staff and recognize the challenges they are facing.

Perfect Dunkin run. Everything was correct, coffees were made exceptionally well, definitely worth the stop!
