No extra pillow or towel unfortunately.... read more Took my sweet girl here for a little treat for her birthday. The people couldn't have been nicer. Room was a bit small. No extra pillow or towel unfortunately. However, it was nice and clean, but no air con and very stuffy. It was nice that the window opened a crack, until the recycling was dumped at 730 am Sunday morning. A little lie-in would have been really nice! No coffee mugs in room, just 2 paper cups in a zip lock bag with the cream, sugar and coffee packets inside, lol. Meals were good, tasty and plenty of food. Room most definitely didnt live up to photos on their website. I sometimes use vouchers for travel, then use my experiences to decide whether to recommend places or visit again later. I have a feeling based on photos and the modified menu, voucher users aren't getting the full boat here. Just to say, it was nice, but nothing to write home about as far as the accommodation goes, and with today's prices it's always a nice thing when small details that wouldn't set the place back are included, such as coffee mugs for instance, not dumping the recycling loudly at 730 Sunday morning, or even lighting the candle stuck into my daughter's dessert since it was her birthday lol.

The rooms were spaci... read more I traveled as a group and stayed at this hotel. I didn't like the location, which was far from the city center and only accessible by taxi. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds quite comfortable, but the bathroom lacked amenities like sink plugs and the carpet was raised. All the dispensers, including conditioner, were present, however! Breakfast was good, but dinner was meager, with portions almost nonexistent (a beef stew contained three tiny pieces of meat along with carrots and other chopped vegetables). To be improved!
