Contribute FeedbackThe Anvil offers a traditional Irish experience with its picturesque setting and friendly staff, making it a popular choice among visitors. While the atmosphere is charming and the service often praised for its warmth, opinions on the food are mixed; some patrons find it lacking in quality compared to the prices. Highlights include hearty breakfasts and well-prepared dishes like fish and chips, though service speeds can vary. The owner's local knowledge and hospitality enhance the experience, yet inconsistencies in food service might deter some guests. Overall, the Anvil remains a cozy destination for those exploring the Dingle Peninsula.
Another great time here. personal are super sound good worth visiting high recomeds 5 stars
We stopped here for lunch. Great selection on the menu. The chowder was so creamy and tasty. The fish and chips all homemade and super fresh. The staff looked after us very well. Great place. Authentic Irish and great prices.
Really nice place to stay and we also enjoyed the evening meal with many locals!
Very well received. Too bad there's no lamb anymore, but we've been enjoying the fish and chips. Good service. Good memory
Very traditional bar and menu, clean, lovely service, well priced and welcoming. Really enjoyed our meal. Nice customers in the bar enjoying a few songs when we were there.
