We recently visited Helen's Bar for lunch and were thoroughly impressed. Every dish we tried was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. My partner enjoyed the fish while I had an open sandwich, and we happily shared both. We couldn’t resist indulging in the homemade desserts, leaving completely satisfied. What crazyed dislikes about Helens And Bed Breakfast:
Helens And Bed Breakfast is a typical country pub located in a remote village on the Beara Peninsula. The menu offers good beer and occasionally excellent food. We enjoyed a prawn cocktail starter that was fantastic, although the salmon main course was slightly dry. The prices were very reasonable, and the service was excellent. View all feedback.

Very popular weekend spot to stop and have a bite to eat, had the fish and chips and it was spot on, service was fast considering the place was very busy. Can't go wrong here on a Saturday/Sunday, fish amd chops and nice pint of Guinness

This place was AMAZING! Greeted warmly by Helen upon arrival said she was HAPPY to hear an American accent! I can’t eat gluten so out came the chef to tell me she could make me something! She made me pan seared haddock with mashed potatoes vegetables and salmon for my husband I also had a bowl of vegetable soup best meal so far in Ireland! To top it off Helen is proud to offer Guiness at the cheapest price in Ireland for €4.50 DO NOT miss Helen’s bar! You WILL NOT be disappointed!

We had a lovely time, at Helen's bar, its a real old and quaint type bar. We both had fish and chips, and the quality was good. Very reasonably priced at 12 euro each!. We also enjoyed a night of music from a number of musicians. Highly recommend.
