I visited Heather while exploring the Gap of Dunloe and was disappointed by the poor customer service. Upon arrival, while waiting to be seated, it was clear the staff barely acknowledged us. Eventually, a woman led us to one of the many empty tables without greeting us or offering any hospitality—no smile or friendly gesture. Had lunch here after a lovely walk up the Gap. They have a lovely menu only lunch, not dinner). The food was fresh and well presented. It’s much quieter than the other cafe and has a more relaxed atmosphere. My brother had his 3 dogs with him which was no problem for the owner and we were lucky enough to be able to sit outside in the lovely garden. Everyone 4adults, 2 children and 3 dogs) enjoyed their food and the service was very quick. I’ll definitely be going back again.
We came across Heather' s by accident and we were glad we did. Food good quality and very tasty. We would definetly return.
We wanted to nibble qqch before we started walking for an hour and a half, we finally enjoyed it! Delicious and cheap!
Great start to Gap of Dunloe with Bicycles and next day good ending, fine dining (fair prices) for an new start to Inch
