Ten O Six - KILL DEVIL HILLS

We discovered this hidden gem in March 2022, starting with their biscuits and gravy along with a breakfast bowl. We later tried a couple of breakfast burritos. Tonight, for our first meal of our 2022 OBX vacation, we had the medium lasagna meal with salt and bread. It was absolutely amazing—everything was perfect! The salad was fresh, and the dressings were delicious. You definitely need to try this place. I can't wait to sample more items from the menu. A big thanks to the whole crew! Toby is an exceptional owner, and they also operate a hops and wine shop just across the little strip they’re located in. Make sure to check out the bathroom too!

The restaurant offers outdoor seating only. The waffles are made in a crepe style, and the omelet is pretty decent. While I would rate my experience around 3.5, there might be other menu items that you would enjoy more. I suggest trying it at least once to see for yourself.

I ordered catering online for a group of 20 while on vacation in the Outer Banks. The ordering process was straightforward, which I appreciated. We went with a barbecue menu. While I enjoy spicy food, I found the barbecue chicken to be excessively spicy, although it was very tender. Unfortunately, many people didn’t end up eating it. The pulled pork was mushy, and the corn on the cob was practically inedible; it was so overcooked that I couldn't even manage to take a bite. The mac and cheese lacked both flavor and creaminess. The cornbread and baked potato bar were acceptable, but overall, I don't think I would choose this type of food again and might opt for something different next time. On a positive note, the delivery was great and very convenient. However, I was hoping for a much better experience considering I spent $700.

I just discovered this hidden gem and wondering how I 've missed it all of my life??? Perfect for a grab and go or sit outside and eat breakfast. Decided to try what they are 'known for ' but bummed to hear they were out of the biscuits gravy so orderedthe other 'go to ', THE BEACH ROAD BURRITO with a side of grits and was not disappointed. The burrito was so full of eggs, meat, veggies, cooked perfectly and oh so filling. Everyone was supernice and helpful, too. Will def be visiting on my returntrips, and you shoud, too! They are located directly across from Outer Banks Beach at MP 8.8.

We originally had a different caterer for our wedding in May but it fell through several months prior. The catering coordinator, Robin, joined Ten O Six and it was the best thing that could have happened! Everyone so friendly, our wants and needs were takenseriously and the communication was absolutely amazing. The food was beyond delicious and the service was incredible. One of ourbiggest worries was having mediocre food but this food was beyond delicious, especially the beef! All of our guests had suchpositive experiences with all the staff and we really can't stop raving about the group and the way they made our big day evenmore awesome! Highly highly recommend!
