Rooster's Southern Kitchen

For lunch, I tried the Cuban sandwich with a Southern-fried steak. The portion size was just right, and the presentation on the plate was meticulous and appealing. The restaurant had a clean and stylish atmosphere, although the bar area felt a bit cold and unwelcoming.

The food was delicious with exceptional sides and sauces. They have old-fashioned sodas available in bottles. Phil Watson performed live music, and he was fantastic. The restaurant is well prepared for COVID-19, with touchless menus, spaced out tables, and no shared drink bottles. Be sure to try their banana pudding for dessert - it tastes just like my grandmother's recipe.

Wonderful! beautiful decor, clean and well spaced. the waitress was super nice and fast. it was so fresh, one of the best breakfasts I had. great prices, not overpriced at all. came for the brunch and had the benedikt and that waffel would be happy again!

A member of our group recommended Rooster's because he loves their buns and waffles. He ordered his favorite and it did not disappoint. The waffles were made with sweet potato batter and served with crispy fried chicken fillets, syrup, and honey mustard. It was really delicious. I opted for the fish sandwich and it hit the spot. Served with tartar sauce, coleslaw, and fries, the fish was fresh and perfectly cooked. It was light and flavorful. We also tried the truffle fries, but honestly, I couldn't taste the truffle at all, just the parmesan cheese. Overall, a tasty meal at Rooster's.
