I haven 't been to every Chinese restaurant on the OBX. Don 't need to. Their menu item Dragon and Phoenix #S14 chunked breaded chicken and tasty shrimp In Szechuan sauce) satisfies my craving for Chinese every time. Very generous helpings of chicken and shrimp.
