Schlotzsky's - Kilgore

This food is excellent! I really enjoy it! I highly recommend the Fiesta Chicken. The atmosphere is wonderful and very clean. The service is quick and friendly!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant thanks to a girl named Jalie who took my order. She was incredibly sweet and really helped me choose my meal. I'll definitely return whenever I'm in town. We could use more people like Jalie in this world! The food was delicious and fresh, too!

Megan saved my day. I had pre-ordered using DooDash on Tuesday Feb 15 for a presentation that I was conducting and 30 minutes before DoorDash was supposed to deliver the order on this Friday Feb 18, they cancelled my order. I called the store directly and Megan took my order and delivered it for me, thus saving my presentation to potential clients. They really wanted their lunch so this helped save me from embarrassment. Renee from the Tyler store was also very helpful. I called her first and she directed me to the Kilgore location. Renee also had called Megan to see if she could help me so Megan already knew of my situation when I called.

Very very delicious food. Bit expensive but worth it. Took about 8 mins for my order. Employees were friendly and quick to serve customers. Place was clean, new, smelled good.
