The food is delicious, and the waitstaff are very friendly.

I arrived at 9:40 PM to find the doors locked. An employee inside just glanced at me, which was somewhat understandable, but then I went through the drive-thru and was told, “I’m off.” Are you serious? I don’t typically make a habit of showing up last minute. I also work in the food service industry. It was a late night, and I was ordering to go, but the attitude I encountered was completely unacceptable. You advertise specific opening and closing times for a reason. This is customer service, so please adjust your demeanor and attitude when speaking to me or anyone else.

I ordered three different sandwiches, but they all came out wrong. I reached out to corporate, and they issued a full refund. The sandwiches are also much smaller than they used to be. Update 6/28/22: I attempted to place a mobile order online, but the online ordering option wasn't available. I called the Kilgore location, but the phone line was disconnected with a recorded message!

When I go somewhere and stop to get food to eat I don?t need my food over cooked and slightly burnt. Next time I?ll just wait until I get closer to home before I stop to get anything else and that?s bad business do to I?m not even from Kilago I was just down here taking care of some business.

Waited 7 minutes at the speaker in the drive through to take my order, 22 minutes with 2 cars in front of me to get my sandwich. Will not come back.
